obtained his BDS degree in Dental Surgery from the Dhaka Dental College & Hospital, Faculty of Medicine under University of Dhaka and Post Graduate Training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. He received his MS degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery & Medicine from the Kyungpuk National University Graduate School of Dentistry in South Korea and PhD degree in Periodontics / Periodontology (Periodontal Plastic Surgery) from Tokyo Medical & Dental University. He also completed postgraduate research training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Ehime University School of Medicine, Japan and training in Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine from Eastman Dental Institute Univers
